The Caroline School
The Caroline School provides unique educational services to meet the physical, social and cognitive needs of individuals birth-21 with multiple disabilities, including those who have additional medical needs.

The Caroline School was founded by a mother of a child with multiple disabilities. She was not able to find an appropriate school in the area to meet her child’s needs and give her the attention she needed to thrive.
At The Caroline School we are able to meet the needs of our students on both an individual and small group level. We use several research based curriculum with our students as there is no one academic curriculum that is appropriate for all children whom we serve. Measurable goals and objectives are created from the curriculum to foster each student’s learning experience.

ABOUT US

The Caroline School is a place where individuals with multiple disabilities can feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Empowered by quality teaching and individualized education plans, our students demonstrate growing independence across various areas of their lives.
Regardless of the “level of functioning” they have been labeled with, students of The Caroline School are taught to:
-
Communicate and advocate their needs. They do this verbally, using an AAC device, or through a combination of methods.
-
Understand how their body learns and the accommodations needed to best support their learning.
-
Take pride in who they are, and how they contribute within various relationships and environments.
