ABOUT RISE

Who we serve

Rise serves 65% children with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities and 35% traditional learners from ages 6 months to 6 years.

About Our Program

The Rise School of Houston is nationally recognized early childhood education program serving children with and without special needs in an inclusive environment for ages 6 months to 6 years. Rise is the only community resource in Houston that delivers intensive education, intervention and therapy during the entire formative infant, toddler and preschool years within an integrated environment. The level of early intervention offered to our students lessens the support they will require into adulthood enabling them to be successful contributing members of society. Rise is NAEYC accredited with a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio. Each child receives an individualized education, providing them with the necessary tools for success in mainstream kindergarten and beyond.
