THE TUTTLE SCHOOL is a school that welcomes children, ages 5-21, with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  A nurturing environment where all children are celebrated for their gifts and their potential,  Tuttle School is also known for being a place where friendships are formed – friendships that last a lifetime!  Social gatherings among students are designed to foster pragmatic skills, skills that are important for school and service to the community.

Who We Serve

We serve children with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X, Williams Syndrome, and Prader-Willi Syndrome, among others.  Many of our students do not have a diagnosis other than Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities.  We are a school focused on teaching functional academics, vocational and social skills.
